Holly Zoccolan - Founder of The Health Zoc

We chat to holistic lifestyle coach and founder of The Health Zoc Holly Zoccolan about all things holistic health, desert island beauty and more…

Hi Holly! Could you tell the Dr.Lipp readers a little something about yourself?

I’m Holly, holistic life coach and founder of The Health Zoc. I studied nutrition at the Institute of Integrative Nutrition in New York, and then went on to study herbal medicine. I then completed my yoga teacher training and pilates teacher training, and it all kind of merged into one holistic lifestyle. I specialise in balancing your female hormones, balancing your blood sugar levels and increasing your energy as well.

So, what does a day in your life look like?

I wake up at about 5am, and make a coffee. I get up before my baby wakes up – its really important for me to have that quiet time just to get my head straight. I have my coffee, get my son ready, go to the gym, come back home and work. So that could be anything – meetings about brand partnerships, working with a client, checking in with some of the brands I’m working with. It all depends, every day is different.

What’s one thing that inspires you the most about your work?

From a client point of view, it’s definitely seeing results. Seeing peoples mindset change, seeing peoples lifestyle change. I have a free 10-page ebook which will help you to reduce your blood sugar spikes, help improve your energy, improve your mood, and help you to live a healthier and happier life.

We love that! What’s your all-time fave Dr. Lipp product, and why?

It would have to be Dr. Lipp Original Nipple Balm because its so versatile, you can use it on your cuticles, I use it on the tops of my cheekbones when I’m not wearing makeup, you can use it on your lips. It’s so versatile and that’s why its my favourite.

What is a beauty trend that has inspired you lately?

Definitely the less is more trend. I’m seeing people wearing less makeup. It’s about enhancing what you have, not covering it up.

"Dr. Lipp Original Nipple Balm is so versatile and that’s why its my favourite."

Okay Holly… time for some quickfire questions. What’s your best beauty hack?

Coconut oil.

First thing you do when you wake up, and last thing you do before you sleep?

Coffee! …And an eye mask.

How could you simplify your life?

Have less possessions.

What makes you laugh more than anything?

My son!

Tell us something on your bucketlist…

I’d love to climb Mount Kilamanjaro.

It’s time to get nosy… what’s in your bag?

*Laughs*

Probably some baby snacks, a dummy, dog treats, Dr. Lipp CBD Balm, Dr. Lipp Nipple Balm, my purse and my house keys.

Is there a beauty trend you regret?

Definitely wearing too much makeup. I used to wear way too much when I was younger.

If you could recommend our readers make one swap in their life to be more sustainable and kinder to the planet, what would that be?

I would say swap cotton pads for reusable cotton pads because they’re easy to throw in the wash and they really help to reduce your carbon footprint.

And finally… in one word, how does your nipple balm make you feel?

Hydrated!
