For dry skin, luscious lips & glossy bits…
8ml
Because this is the balm that started it all. The one that only beauty insiders and the London fashion set knew about back in the early noughties. The balm that started a thousand whispers, a multitude of imitators, and a global following.
Wanna know why?
Because its made of Lanolin. Pure, natural, organic golden lanolin. A sustainable, renewable marvel from Australia’s free-roaming sheep, that cares for all skin types and dramas. A cruelty-free ingredient so damn good it didn’t even need a co-star to win the skincare Oscars.
HOW TO USE IT:
As usage instructions go, our products tend to break the rules. Put it wherever you like. Seriously. As long as it’s on the outside (OK, enough information). Use with abandon, sprinkle like confetti, it is the master of multitaskers.
Apply day or night onto any dry, sore, sensitive skin, or anywhere needing a pop of intense hydration and gleam. Swipe it onto lips, cuticles, knuckles, and nipples. Wind-chapped hands or brittle hair. Baby’s bottoms or Gary’s groin. There are no toxins or chemicals, so be happy to know you don't have to wipe it off when feeding your baby or if a little bit gets into your mouth. You’re welcome.
Why is it called Nipple Balm?
Our founder Pontine Paus created our hero balm after discovering the magic of Nipple Balms used in breastfeeding. She took on the world, and the rest is history! We say that If it’s good enough for your nipples, it’s good enough for all other bits!
what's the scent?
The Original Nipple Balm hasn't any scent at all and we haven't added any fragrances and flavours. Not. A. Single. One. Most fragrances contain allergens. We wanted all of our products to be irritant-free, so you can embrace being 100% natural and kindto your skin (and the planet) when you're using your Nipple Balm.
Ditching plastic for Sugarcane!
In a major step towards our goal of zero emissions by 2025, we've replaced all our plastic tubes with ones made from bioplastic – a sustainable alternative made from sugarcane! Regular plastic tubes are made from fossil fuels, but bioplastics are different. They're not only made from a renewable resource that captures carbon dioxide from the air, but they also reduce our carbon footprint by up to 42%. Bioplastics production also consumes 65% less energy compared to traditional petroleum-based plastics. While the dream of fully compostable tubes isn't quite here yet, bioplastics are a huge win. They're just as durable as traditional tubes, but much better for the planet. This switch might cost a bit more, but a healthier planet is worth every penny.
65% Recycled PCR Caps
Our PCR caps are 65% post-consumer recycled plastic, basically giving countless plastic bottles a second chance. This might not be 100% recycled plastic, but there's a science to it. PCR caps need some extra muscle to stay secure. 65% is the sweet spot for peak performance and environmental impact. We're always pushing boundaries though, so who knows – maybe your future PCR cap will be fully recycled very soon!
